At OMET, we strive to provide high-quality luxury Mexican furniture and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or exchange is necessary. Please review our return policies outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
(i) The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
(ii) The return must be initiated within the specified timeframe; and
(iii) The item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
We accept returns within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. It is important to initiate the return process promptly to ensure that your request falls within the eligible timeframe. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
(i) Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within the specified return timeframe to request a return authorization. Please provide your order details and the reason for the return.
(ii) Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a company representative to collect the item from your location.
Our appointed company representative will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the collection of the item.
The company representative will be responsible for securely packaging and transporting the item back to our designated facility in the country of origin.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs; and, if the return is motivated by any other reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund using the original payment method within twenty (20) business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by arranging for a replacement or providing a refund.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
